Subject RE: [firebird-support] Re: [Firebird-devel] pass parameter to a trigger?
Author unordained
Sean,

Not to be snarky, but please check the email headers. I did in fact reply to firebird-support; I
didn't fix the subject line though, so it includes both list names; perhaps your local mail filter
rules put it in the wrong folder? I know mine are sensitive to that kind of thing, it only went to
the right one because of order of precedence.

Hopefully you don't mean that we should reply to a question, in the correct[ed] forum, if the
original poster fails to follow-up? It was an interesting question, one that others I'm sure have
had (or will have) and therefore documenting at least one answer, where anyone could find it,
seemed appropriate -- even if the original poster stopped caring, or couldn't figure out how to get
to firebird-support (note: firebird-devel is on sourceforge, firebird-support is on yahoo! groups --
telling people to switch lists, without specifying that they're hosted in different places, could
cause confusion.)

I appreciate your effort to keep the lists segregated, it makes life easier for the rest of us when
trying to find help.

Thanks,

-Philip
