Subject unsuccessful metadata update
Author Alan McDonald
Does anyone know what this means?
I have an FB1.5 DB backed up and restored into 2.1 server.
I am trying to create a view (see below) and the error messages is:

335544351
unsuccessful metadata update
INTERPRET BUFFER = new record size of 65552 bytes is too big

All objects in the view exist. And if I do the eact same thing in a newly
created 2.1 database, there is no error. Suggests that something exists in a
new 2.1 which is not created when restored from 1.5.
I've tried different page sizes to no avail. My client libaries match.

thanks
Alan
