Good Mornnig!

Got a problem. I am trying to create a new sp and I keep getting
an error:

unsuccessful metadata update
STORE RDB$PROCEDURE_PARAMETERS failed
attempt to store duplicate value (visiable to active transactions) in
unique index 'RDB$INDEX_18'

Does anybody know what would cause this error? Anybody know how to
get around it?
