I'm using Windows Vista Home Premium.

Why does when I try to install the Firebird from the setup file
"Firebird-2.1.1.17910-0_Win32.exe", it detects that there is a Firebird
server running, but, when I try to generate the setup file from
InnoSetup of the source code, the setup file doesn't detect that
Firebird server is running?

I need to detect in Windows Vista if there is a Firebird Server running.
Suggestions?
