This is firebird 1.5.4 running on Fedora Core 8

I've just seen 2 seperate machines, running identical code & databases, very
similiar data, have 2 copies of fb_lock_mgr running.

Has anyone seen this before? How or why can this occur (or what should stop
it occurring)
