I need to examine the options available that will allow me to have
continuous real-time replication (one-way acceptable, bi-directional better)
between databases on two unix (fedora core 8) systems.
I would be grateful for suggestions & comments from anyone who has done
this.
most of http://www.ibphoenix.com/main.nfs?a=ibphoenix&page=ibp_repl_tools seem
to be windows-based, which is no help to me.
If it helps I'm trying to define a high-availability system backend setup.
Current thoughts are to have two servers, and switch over when necessary.
