I don't know in FB 1.5 but as FB 2.0 uses Inno Setup, it creates this key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\FBDBServer_2_0_is1
In this key you can find all the info about the installed components, I
guess that FB 1.5 creates a key like that too.
