I am using ReportManager for my reports and the current version has
problems with UTF8, so the author is upgrading to use version 11.0 of
dbExpress but we seem to run into problems that gds32.dll (copied
fblient.dll using instclient) is reported as not compatible with this
version of dbExpress.

Has anyone had success in using dbExpress against FB 2.x, if yes could
you give us some hints on what to look for/what to do?
