Ok, I've read yet, but...
* This document discusses running Firebird on Windows only. Similar
principles allow running multiple versions in a posix environment, but
the details of this are not discussed.
And, I understand the differences between two models, but, I'm not
able to install both firebird 1.5 and 2 on the same Linux, and this is
previously condition to configure it.
