Hi,

I tried to restart fb service and execute with flamerobin the DDL
statement without any other connection before but error still occurs.
The only thing I can try is to save query and execute via isql without
any external manager. Until now, I created many foreign key constrains
and had no trouble with them! (if problem found, restarting service is
the solution).

May be the database is corrupted?
