When I try fbintl.dll from actual snapshot of 2.1 (17910)
it adds new warning into firebird.log

INTL plugin conflict: WIN1250:WIN1250_UNICODE defined in
c:\PROGRA~1\Firebird\FB2_1\intl\fbintl.dll and
c:\PROGRA~1\Firebird\FB2_1\intl\fbintl.dll
(for each combination of character set and collation - one)
