I searched 2.1 release notes again and didn't find any mention about
that. Did i miss it?
I think this is a important issue and maybe you should mention in the
download page or near it, if you don't want to have to answer this
same question once a day, until MS decide to deploy msvc8 runtime
libraries in some windows update.
