Could you try with gbak (on firebird/bin with cmd)

gbak -c -v -user username -password pwd sourcebackupfile
server:path\databasefile.fdb

or using service

gbak -c -v -user username -password pwd -service server:service_mgr
sourcebackupfile server:path\databasefile.fdb
