Which locales are included in the Firebird 2.1 RC1 ICU library? Is there a
list somewhere?

Does it include any locales at all? I can't get any to work. Not even:

CREATE COLLATION UNICODE_ENUS_CI
FOR UTF8
FROM UNICODE
CASE INSENSITIVE
'LOCALE=en_US';

If I add the ICU files from icu-project.org it works.

I have also tried the ICU files from the latest snapshot of Firebird 2.1.
They seem no different thant the ICU files included in RC1.
