I am a newbie. Please somebody help.

I trying to use firebird with Clip and Cygwin.

I am already set Cygwin and Clip successfull.

Now i want to connect to firebird but need firebird2.0-dev.

How to get this?
Is it included in FirebirdSS-2.0.3.12981-1.nptl.i686.tar.gz?

I want use that in Cygwin environment.
