What is the best/easiest way to change...
(A) a VARCHAR field's character set from ISO8859_1 to OCTETS?
(B) a BLOB field's subtype from TEXT to BINARY?
I've tried sifting through the group archives and assorted resources
on the web, but can't quite seem to nail down the answers I'm looking for.
