Hi!
A while back Dmitry Yemanov posted that they're considering to add the ability to use a "RemoteAuxPort" for handling events in the SuperClassic architecture, just like with the SuperServer.
A few months ago it wasn't decided whether this would be added to 2.5 or not.
This is a very important feature because as of now, if you want to use Firebird events through the Internet, you have to choose SuperServer, which means you can throw away your Dual-Core or Quad-Core CPUs.
Any news regarding this issue? Will it be in 2.5 or is it postponed for 3.0?
Thanks!
