If using Linux, make sure you've stoped all connections, since you can still
rename or move the file even it's been used by other processes/connections.

If using CLASSIC, make sure you've stoped all connections 'couse while
shutting down FB Service will prevent new attachments, it will do nothing to
existing ones.
