Phillipe, apologies for my ignorance but what does this mean for
existing an FB1.5 to FB2.1 db?

i.e.
1. Does it need every searchable column to have the COLLATE ISO8859_1
appended to the definition?
2. What is the situation with the existing db - do we have to dump and
pump?
3. Indexes. Do we simply define as usual or do we need any magic
COLLATE keywords?
