If I set my Regional and Language Options in Windows Control Panel to
French (Canada), and run F_CMONTHLONG on a date in a month that
contains an accented character, I get an error message back
about "Malformed string".
Is there either a fix for this, or another way to get a date converted
to a long format such as "December 12, 2008", or the same in whatever
is the current language? (I can live with it only being in English, if
that's the best we can do.)
Thanks.
