Subject | isql.exe on cmd.exe: slow scrolling |

As obvious from the subject line, I'm on Windows (XP), using "isql.exe"
from "cmd.exe" to connect to the local Firebird server. On submitting a
query, sometimes the output is slow, as if I was on a low-bandwith
terminal and receiving data over a slow link, rows trickling in one by
one. Then, output is normal again.
I'm sure this is *not* specific to Firebird, but some of you may have
experienced the same cmd.exe behaviour using isql and know the reason
for this slowness and the remedy.
Thanks.
