I am receiving the following error messages in the firebird.log.

XNET error: Unable to initialize child process

XNET error: Server failed to respond on connect request

Environment:

Windows Server 2003
FB 2.1.1
FIBPlus + Delphi 2006

I have a multi-threaded, multi-user environment. Any ideas what may be
causing these?
