Yes, I added third file recently and it might has wrong offsets...

First page of third file looks like corruption. I did gfix with -mend, and
backup and recovery this database. Now this database recovered.

I did 'alter database add file withusdb-third.fdb start 400001' -- not sure --
Would you tell me a correct statement to add third file ?
