You have already been pointed to Marius' Ubuntu how-to...but you
could have found the Installation and Migration Guide (and the Bugs
document) in both the Doc Index AND in the /doc directory after you
untar-ed the kit...If the 2.0 or 2.1 Quick Start is still saying to
look in the Installation chapter of the release notes then it's an
overlooked error...you could post a Tracker entry about that.
