Hi Alexander,

The Database extension is .FDB : we were aware of the .gdb problem in
XP and decide to use the .FDB extension.

I have not had extensive use of Vista Myself and agree with you on
this Vista thing, but that is what is being sold to our customers
right now and they do not get much choice.
