that file (at least) is set to firebird:firebird.
If you don't have any custom users in security2.fdb, I'd recommend just
re-emerging it, making sure to overwrite the security2.fdb file. I've
been running FB on Gentoo since fb1.5 or so and I've never seen an error
like this.
