If I have turned on forced writes on the windows operating system
(Windows 2000 or Windows 2003 or Windows XP) and then I use IBOConsole
or Flamerobin to turn Forced Writes to True for the firebird database,
does this action only cause the Firebird Database, using Super Server,
to perform forced writes only on the database or does this change all
programs (i.e. the windows System) to using Forced writes?
