Helen,
I have tried your statement but, it appears that the service manager
does not work on FB 2.01 linux classic configuration. I thought that I
read somewhere that classic now supports the full services api. I must
be mistaken or is it possible that the services api does not get
installed with a rpm install of firebird?
best regards
Dalton
