Is possible to compile FB using VS C++ Express 2005 ?
(if not can be compiled using some other C++ compiler under windows?)
If yes, are somewhere documented steps , which must be done to
successfuly build it ?

When I load firebird solition into VS and try compile it ... many
errors are generated ... "Cannot open include file 'windows.h' ..."
etc.

I suppose, that some bat file must be modified and run (some ENV
variables must be set and so on ...)
