Solution is simple :
install compat-libstdc++-33
and you'll get libstdc++.so.5 64 bit
yum install compat-libstdc++-33
install compat-libstdc++-33
and you'll get libstdc++.so.5 64 bit
yum install compat-libstdc++-33
