I have FB 1.5 SS (installed as service) running and, folowing Paul
Reeves very nice guide "Running two or more versions of Firebird
simultaneously under Windows" (http://www.ibphoenix.com/main.nfs?
a=ibphoenix&s=1183518509:3070273&page=ibp_coexist) I got FB 2.0 and
2.1 running on this same box as applications.

Everything is just fine -- well... almost! When using FB 2.1 command
line tools I keep getting this error:

'can't format message 12:284 -- message system code -4'

for any message it should display.

this does not happen with FB 1.5 or 2.0 tools. only 2.1

Is that a way to fix this ?
