I have a strange performance problem with firebird 2.0 superserver running
on a windows 2003 server. After a few hours of work, performance of my
Delphi application using ibobjects, suddenly drops up to the point that the
application is not workable anymore. Sometimes a restart of the firebird
service helps, but not always. Does anyone have any idea what this can be?
When I look at system performance while firebird is in ‘slow’ mode, it’s
around 8%, but not continious. The problem was already there with version
1.5.4. So I don’t think it has to do with version 2.0. Any suggestions how
to test the problem?
