Maybe the problem is connected with wrong data in the Project View.
Did you use it?
If you did you may try to delete all data from IBE$PROJECT table
using the Script Executive:

CONNECT <your database connect options>;

delete from IBE$PROJECT;
commit;


RESOLVE
then i can sleep this night ;-)
