Hello,

FB 1.5.x, is it possible or rather what would be the best way to
change the character set of a database already filled in with data. I
need to update one of my client db from ISO8859-1 to ISO8859-5.

I currently have english-only data in the database (so I would have
thought that all chars entered are under char 127) but my client is
opening a branch in Ukraine and needs data to be input in english and
Ukrainina without losing what's already in his database.
