Maybe:

- Defregment database file: move database file to an exclusive partition
for database file.

- Partially defregment (and sort practical order) database table inside
database file: Create an alternate table, move rows, delete original
rows, insert back rows.

>> Idea: inside database engine -by a new feature- this table

copy&reinsert can totally defregment a table and can leave out of
consideration of constraints ;)
