On XP , I just rename the common MyClient.Exe to say MyClient.Exe.x to avoid
the program in use message, and copy MyClientNew.Exe to the common folder
as MyClient.Exe. Some days later I delete the MyClient.Exe.x. his works
great
for me, since after a few days the users probably restarted MyClient.Exe.
Of course this doesn't work for immediate required changes to MyClient.Exe
