I have installed FB 1.54 on a new Windows 2003 (remote) server, but
can not connect to it using Telnet.

I can connect in Remote Desktop using

Telnet 127.0.0.1 3050

But can not using the IP addressed assigned to the machine, i.e.

Telnet [IP] 3050

(There are two IP addressed that show up in IPConfig. Neither work).

Nor can I telnet from my local machine.

REbooting the server did not fix the problem.

There is a firewall but it is 'above' the server (between the server
and the Internet) so I should be able to connect while logged in via
Remote Desktop.

Any other ideas?
