Have you ever found a solution to this? We are working around it by
navigating to CMD.EXE, right-clicking, choosing Run as Administrator
and then entering the necessary instreg/instsvc commands, but this
won't fly when we actually release our product.

Also, I'm using InstallShield 10.5 but have never been successful at
getting IS to run the necessary instreg/instsvc commands. Vista
aside, could you tell me how you did this?
