I am trying to install Firebird Service on Windows Vista using the
following command: "instsvc i" and I receive the error message listed
below:

Error occurred during "OpenSCManager".
Access is denied.

The Windows Vista User has full administrator rights. I seem to be
stumped with this problem. Does anyone know what the solution is to
this problem? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
