I'm using Delphi 7 Enterprise, with the old Interbase components that
came with it.

The only response to a post on this that I could find said something
about the Services API.

How do I access the Services API?
Can I use gbak in any way for this purpose?
Can I use the old IB components and write a utility? If so, how do I
"call" the "backup the security database" command?

Do I have to use a third party utility, and if so, does anyone have
any recommendations? I only need a single purpose utility.
