Hi Cornel,
Best practice suggest to change it! You can use other user for your
database, make sure it's the owner if you want to make back-up restore
without using SYSDBA account!

Paul

Hi,
I come to bother you with another question.
I am working on a shrinkwrapped application with Delphi on firebird.
What is the recommended practice on dealing with admin password (leave
masterkey or change), use a limited generic user (i.e. AppUser),
considering I need an easy and seamless integration on clients systems?
