I have been running Firebird 1.50 for several years with an embedded
installation using InstallShield. When installing under Windows Vista
all the files install properly, but I am unable to install the Windows
Service using the command "instsvc i" which I have used under Windows
98/200/XP. I receive the following error message:

Error occurred during "OpenSCManager".
Access is denied.

The Windows Vista User has full administrator rights. I seem to be
stumped with this problem. Does anyone know what the solution is to
this problem?
