Well, I am answering myself.

Now I have second vista. I had to get firebird working. When I am
trying to install it from command line it says -Error occured
during "OpenSCManager". Access is denied. I turned UAC of from
account which I have been logged and that is it. Please search "UAC"
from windows help. Ok?
