Check your system resote on new server, ensure it's rutned off.
and/or ensure db file extension if not .gdb
restore will restore state of backup (i.e. backup can be done with indexes
deactived). ensure that indexes are active
(i don't think is an issue on a 35 Mb database - should run almost fine
without indexes)
Are you using citrix etc?
