No it doesn't. Not if you install IIS.
Check your Vista, you'll probably find IIS is installed, or maybe
something similar.

I have no idea how IIS could possibly affect Firebird, but I just know
from experience that it does.


(Also using FB 1.5 SuperServer. Not sure how Classic or FB 2.0 behaves)
