Is there a function or udf that allows converting address (or name) info
into mixed case:

RICH PINDER ----> Rich Pinder
rich pinder ----> Rich Pinder
172 W WOODSIDE AVE -----> 172 W Woodside Ave

I'd like to do this thru a SQL statement.

I've looked thru the UDF libraries I have, and don't see one.
