Well, it isn't as safe as a backuprestore with gbak. For example it
cannot detect NULL values in a NOT NULL field.

Well, as long as you only use nbackup for backup/restore you shouldn't
have a problem with using gfix -v for checking.

Well, I think the safest way is and will always be gbak.
