Hi,

we have some FB databases that are getting to be 4GB we need to do back
up and restores form these the back up is fine but the restore takes
over an hour. We have a dedicated Linux server with FB 1.5.

Can this be sped up by using multi file backups/restores? Is this
process faster on FB 2, are there any ways to speed this up at all?
