Yes, I can see that that should be the principle, but in practice it is not
that simple.
I will figure it out.

Have a look at how external functions are declared in VB:s API text
viewer. Based on that, try to figure out how the Firebird API:s would
map to such VB function declarations. It shouldn't be too hard I hope.
