I have a database with these statistics:
Database header page information:
Flags 0
Checksum 12345
Generation 155293
Page size 1024
ODS version 11.0
Oldest transaction 126243
Oldest active 126244
Oldest snapshot 126243
Next transaction 155285
Bumped transaction 1
Sequence number 0
Next attachment ID 0
Implementation ID 16
Shadow count 0
Page buffers 0
Next header page 0
Database dialect 3
Creation date Oct 4, 2007 11:29:28
Attributes
Variable header data:
Sweep interval: 20000
*END*
The difference from the oldest active to the next transaction is almost 30.000.
The sweep interval is 20.000 so I thought the automatic sweeping would
clear this "lost" transactions when they reach 20.000. Am I wrong?
I also tried to perform a manual sweeping but the numbers didn't change.
Thanks.
